that not all of America believes in that?!? Or that what your child learns in SCIENCE is factual or has some proof to back it up? Oh yea, freedom of religion, especially in this diverse country. Let’s just change things to suit your lifestyle, eh? Tell whatever you want to your kids at home, but I do not want to learn my classmates’ parents beliefs at school.
Muslims have the story of Adam and Eve too, does their version count though? Isn’t religion and state supposed to be separate?
Sure, we could teach both at school. But that would be negotiating something solely based on wether people like it or not. That’s like being able to make jokes but not ones that offend people. Oh, and the way our body works isn’t gaurunteed proof for God. If it didn’t work, we wouldn’t even exist to debate about it so you can’t really compare.

I thought that it was a good book and his writing is different. But I was wondering if I should read his other ones, like Diary, Fight Club, Choke, Survivor, and Lullaby. Are those books good, and what are they about? |
